* No refunds are given once under contract when deposit is paid, 20% cancellation fee for cancellations prior to deposit on accepted contracts.

* Lawncare clients wishing to cancel the regular mowing for that week must do so prior to arrival to the location or a No Call fee will be charged.

* All estimates require at least a 50% down payment prior to the project being scheduled.

* Credit Card & Zelle payments will have a 3.00 % fee added
